Here is my personal review on The Raw Diet Detox by Natalia Rose. First off I was taken back by the beautiful cover. It was deliciously vibrant. I turned the book over to see this beautiful women who is the author of this book. I am thinking, "I want to look like that." So, I was quite eager to get started. Natalia has a wonderful way of writing. She gets right to the point and no holds barred. It's as if she is directly speaking to you. I was intrigued from the beginning to the end. I finished this book in one night. Here plan is easy and simple. She has implemented 5 steps. It is a gradual progress. If you are already a vegetarian or vegan, then you may have most of these items in your house. However, for the rest of us, be prepared to make a lot of lists.
Natalia gives you a seven day meal plan that you can choose to stay on until you feel ready for the next step. She gives you a test to see what step you may already be at, when you feel ready, you progress to the next level. 5 being lowest, 1 been the highest. Real easy. She has tons of recipes in the back of the book. Which are very delicious! I would love to keep working at this diet, however, after making lists of everything my level requires for the meal plan, my budget won't allow it. She STRONGLY urges you to drink Green Lemonade everyday. I love this stuff and it makes you feel great. But alas, I cannot afford to purchase all the ingredients it requires to drink this once to twice a day. If you have the monetary means to be on this diet, I strongly urge you to give this a try. It is easy and yummy. You will never feel deprived.
Once again, Natalia Rose is a beautiful author who writes for the people who are trying to make a change in their health. She has other books out there, that I am looking forward to reading soon.
